I know how to work with computer. I like receiving reminders by email. It's natural for me to focus during video calls. I have a good internet connection. This is the first step in getting started with therapy. I feel safe at home. I'd rather turn on my computer than have to go out. I feel comfortable on the Internet. I am abroad, but I want to talk to a therapist from Iceland. I want to choose my therapist according to my sympathies. I want to see if it suits me. Time's up
